					2. If SLA is not specified for a service, the heading 'Within SLA' may be interpreted as 'Within 7 days', 'SLA + 7 days' may be interpreted as '8 to 14 days',   	
					'SLA + (8 to 15 days)' may be interpreted as '15 to 22 days',  and 'SLA + (more than 15 days)' may be interpreted as 'More than 22 days'.	
					3. The delivered columns display the count of all delivered applications, including both delivered and rejected statuses.
